1. Initiate a return via our return portal.
2. Upon approval reverse pickup will be arranged from your location (if applicable) or return address will be shared with you.
3. Upon receipt of your item, we will thoroughly inspect and run the Quality Check(QC) of the product (s). if QC is approved, refund will be initiated.
4. In case of QC failed, product will be shipped back to your address.
